Adios, Blonde Hair!

Adios, Blonde Hair!
I'm not so sure if I'm happy with my new look. Out of sheer boredom on a gloomy Saturday, I've decided to go to the salon and change my hair color from light brown to sooper dooper black! I also sort of chopped it off. Well, its actually just a trim here and there, but it looks completely different from my "usual" hairstyle.

Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna have to make it work. Ok, I'm gonna cry now. =|

Where Art Thou, Summer?

Sandbar Walk Way
Its raining now, but all I could think of is how much I want to hit the beach. I wasn't able to sunbathe this summer for I spent my summer vacation at Kuala Lumpur & Tokyo. Not that I'm complaining, but hey, summer equals sun, sand, and tons of fun at the beach, doesn't it?

Kayak
I've always wanted a beach house. The beach does not really have to be as fancy as Bora or Palawan. Very clear water and fine sand shall suffice. My family owns a beach property at Bacacay, Albay, but we barely visit and the resort is not quite developed. Maybe my cousins and I could look into it and probably help the family and come up with suggestions on how we could improve the resort. For that, I shall insist that we visit our province before the end of the year. Probably take photos of the country side as well.

Low Tide
Sigh. Somebody please take me to the beach soon!

Shining, Shimmering, Splendid!

My Favorite Building in the Metro
Every time I'm at Ortigas Center, I can't help but be dazzled by this gorgeous structure. I have no idea what the name of this building is. One sunny morning, while I was with my colleagues on the 28th floor of the UnionBank Plaza to attend the Sales Directors' meeting, I was able to get a clear view of my favorite structure. It wasn't the highest one, (probably has 30 floors) but it definitely is the most eye-catching, especially on a bright, beautiful, sunny day.

Gold happens to be my favorite color, therefore, this not-so-famous but oh-so-lovely building is most certainly my favorite among the skyscrapers in the Metro =)

Haha! All because I want to see the movie already! I can't believe that I'm so busy with work lately, I haven't blogged for quite some time.
(Yes, it is rather unusual that my job keeps me busy ;p)

Angelina Jolie's lips are so full, I can't seem to make it work for this photo ;)

Thanks to my eleven year old sister, Vi, for taking my picture =)

SlumdoLL Millionaire

I realized that I haven't done any shoot for quite some time using Cameron, my DSLR camera. Surprisingly, I was a little occupied with my job lately that I've no time to come up with exciting ideas for a photo shoot. But on Thursday evening, I was browsing my facebook's newsfeed, when suddenly I remembered that I do have lovely friends in town. Yes, sad to say I no longer want my sisters to model for my shoots. At least, for now. ;p So, I sent a couple of old friends a personal message regarding a shoot and the theme I had in mind. Luckily, my chosen model, Zabrina, was available for the shoot I scheduled on a Saturday afternoon.

I looked through her profile photos and had an epiphany. She would be a doll strolling around the slums. That way, her porcelain skin and big bright eyes would definitely pop out. Her niece Karen, who happens to be a good friend of mine is really good at applying makeup, so the 3 of us planned the shoot.

Zabrina was the perfect subject for the theme ;>

The rusty background was the perfect contrast for a beautiful doll
